LOMED is our alternative to a traditional Sunday or religious school. In Hebrew, “Lomed” means “I learn.” Children Learn, Observe the world, Make friends, Explore Judaism, and Discover what it is to be Jewish. Learning is accomplished using all the senses and via different hands-on activities that are fun and interactive. 

The mission of LOMED is to instill our children with Jewish pride, identity, knowledge, and values in order that they retain a strong sense of connection, knowledge and spirituality.

Children who attend both LOMED and Hebrew Lab can attend Hebrew Lab from 4 PM-4:30 PM. 

Communal dinner, organized by the parents is served from 5:30 PM – 6 PM every week.

LOMED is included in your family membership; membership includes all educational programs.

For non-member families, the fee is $250 per child per semester. If you want to give LOMED a try, the first class is free.If you are interested and would like more information, please contact Admin@JCoSD.com.
