Perks of Being a Member
- Strong connection to clergy and pastoral care: Our rabbi wants to know you! As part of the membership process, she will invite you to an informal yet in-depth one-on-one conversation. These conversations help her get to know your unique story and establish a strong relationship.
-
Having a real voice: Members decide everything from our services, special events, Cohorts, and Educational offerings to personal remembrances and baby namings. Members initiate and create Cohorts, publications, and events; volunteer their time and energy to help set up, greet, break down, and bring food; and attend family programs and youth education with their children. Many members attend Board meetings, vote on key issues, and join task forces and committees that shape our community. Others contribute in treasure, supporting our programs with much-needed funds.
